Surprised Battersby even makes the list having missed the first 7 games.

Form been pretty good since then, but still...

Liddle is a gun but going on Baymans theory cannot win as he is not in a top 4 club.

If South go the rest of the minor round season undefeated
If Port Reserves dont win another minor round game game
If Glenelg only win one more minor round game
Then South will be a top 4 team !

I rarely back a favourite, but I like Grigg here. Norwood have only lost the one game by more than 4 points, so a big chance to have a poller in all games bar 1. I have no doubt Grigg would have gone on to win the medal in 2013 before called up by the Crows, so has a history of being noticed. Panos didn't really feature in the first half of the season, so I think Mitch has to be right up there.

Actually I didn't say that, I said the opposite, although generally speaking the winner comes from a top team, anyway whoever wins it he'll be a deserving winner

JimDeane won the 1953 medal and South only won 2 games and finished bottom that year.

Not a gambling man but maybe if West won enough games Kaine Stevens would go close

What Thiele said, Kaine is in the middle, and gets the hard ball.... Bit of an "old fashioned" footballer!!
