One of the Pearce Brosnan ones had a lead woman by the name of Christmas.

As far as I can tell the only reason was so that Bond would have a good one liner during the obligatory love making scene at the end of the movie.

you wouldn't want your first name  Christmas if your surname was Tree..................which reminds me of credits in old films & wardrobe was credited to Dolly Tree

Lois Maxwell certainly aged over the journey she had in the Bond films as you would expect given the 23 year span. She was dishy in the Connery ones. Her last one, was also Roger Moore's last one (A View To A Kill) in 1985 and she appeared in 14 Bond movies - more than any individual James Bond actor.

I didn't know she lived in WA.

Only Desmond Llewelyn ("Q") appeared in more of them. 17 I think.
During his "Q" reign, the only ones he wasn't in were Dr No (1962) and Live and Let Die (1973).
Llewelyn was omitted from Live and Let Die (1973) because producers Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli felt that too much was being made of the gadgets and they would play it down. Llewelyn said he "was quite disappointed" at being left out of Live and Let Die (1973).

Been a lot of talk over the years  , about whether Holden is superior to Ford
Personally I think Glenn Ford is a better actor then William Holden
