Jason Dunstall, after an out on the full decision showed the ball came off a player's knee.

He said that below the knee was a free, then:

"The shin is part of the foot" Very Happy

One from the SANFL v NEAFL game on Saturday. George Thring tackles an NEAFL player, pulling down the shorts and exposing the underwear.

CK: "Hopefully that's the only thring we see in that passage of play"

Technically, a point could be straight...

I know what you are saying, but a player could line up for goal and miss, kicking a point. His shot could have travelled off his boot in a straight direction, so it would be a 'straight' point...

But I do get what you are saying...

A commentator was asked during an around the grounds link
" Whats the crowd down there today?"
They cross to the commentator
" I've seen more people at a scene of an accident."

The great

"archer...he was getting like his namesake who won the first melbourne cup. we heard plenty about him but no footage of him existed"

Warnie yesterday:

(First, though, there's 8 wickets down and Lyon has two wickets)

"There's no reason, Nathan, why you couldn't finish up with 4 or 5".

i know this wasn't intentional or otherwise we would have heard the ''school girl giggle'' after the phrase, it was said by Lifefm's Phil Herden at todays North v Sturt match & it went like this  ''Virgin sandwiched between two Sturt players'' it gave me a chuckle though
